Breaking: Ademola Adeleke Goes To Supreme Court

Senator Ademola Adeleke, the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) gubernatorial candidate during the last general election in Osun state has served the Supreme Court with a notice of appeal after the appellate court ruled against him.

Ademola Adeleke is contesting the victory of Gboyega Oyetola, the All Progressive Congress(APC) candidate who was declared winner by the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) during the gubernatorial poll in the state.

Ademola Adeleke got victory at the election tribunal which ruled against the INEC declared winner, Gboyega Oyetola. However, it was the other  way round at the court of Apppeal where the earlier  judgement was overturned.
