Court Sack Buhari’s Former Aide As National Assembly Member

A federal high court sitting in Kano State has annulled the election of a House of Representative Member, Sulaiman Sumaila, who represents Sumaila/Takai constituency of Kano in the National assembly.

His election was annulled on the ground that he did not take part in his Party’s (APC) primary.

He was President Muhammadu Buhari’s Senior Special Adviser on National Assembly (House of Representative) matter before resigning to pursue his political ambition.
