BREAKING NEWS: Collation of results begins in Rivers

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has begun the collation of the suspended March 9 election results.

INEC had released a list of 17 local governments whose results had been collated.

INEC suspended the election as a result of widespread violence, and ballot box hijacking.
