Supermodel Feels Like Her Face Is “Gonna Explode” From Badly Botched Botox

Don’t let Barbie fool you. A life of plastic is NOT fantastic and Liziane Gutierrez learned that the hard way.

Aunty Acid will never understand the current obsession with hacking off body parts to replace them with synthetic trash. Not only is it a sad reflection of how society bullies us about our perfectly natural, beautiful bodies, it’s also downright dangerous.

Liziane Gutierrez learned this lesson the worst way possible.

The Brazillian model went for botox and fillers in her face last Tuesday but by that Sunday night, all was not well… You know where this goes…

Gutierrez’s face went completely numb and began to swell.

By the time she woke up everything below the brows was not in a good way.

We’re at a loss for words. Liziane Gutierrez compared the acute pain she suffered from this horribly botched job as feeling as though her face was going to explode.

The lengths some people will go to trying to achieve a warped concept of “perfection” has once again resulted in pain and suffering.

Unbelievably this isn’t Gutierrez’s first encounter with dangerous cosmetic surgery. In 2018 her lipo surgery went so badly that she was in a coma for five days and nearly didn’t make it.

What possessed her to go back to these procedures?! Clearly, the expectation to look ‘a certain way’ is so enormous that some are driven to these dangerous extremes again and again. It makes me so freakin’ mad!

As for her current surgical misadventures… She was diagnosed with a bacterial skin infection and given antibiotics. Unfortunately, the antibiotics were ineffective and as such the fillers and botox will be removed from her face.

However, if the facial swelling does not subside significantly then Gutierrez may have to undergo further surgery to get fighting fit again.

 

We hope this experience discourages the young woman from going back to the potentially lethal surgery she seems so fond of!

It is important for these celebrities and influential figures to take responsibility for the lifestyle they promote. Especially considering that the majority of their social media followers and fans are young women and girls who look to them as an example. “SaveFace” is a company dedicated to safe cosmetic surgery, they report that complaints about botched surgery have trebled from the previous year. We are so done with this.

Several news outlets have reported concern over cosmetic surgery being marketed to girls as young as thirteen. This deliberate targeting of young, impressionable people is freakin’ sickening and we absolutely condemn it!

This is a truly concerning statistic. So much pressure is put on young women to look a certain way that they are jeopardizing their health, safety, and happiness.

We can but hope other young women see the teachable moment in this story, these crazy body modifications are far too common and can be very dangerous.
