Just in: Tribunal chairman for Osun election disagrees with judgment

The chairman of the Osun State election tribunal has expressed a contradictory to the judgment delivered by the tribunal..

Justice Muhammed Ibrahim Sirajo on Friday dismissed the petition by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its governorship candidate, Ademola Adeleke, which alleged that there was election non-compliance with the Electoral Act in the election.

However, the chairman told  INEC to only comply with the majority decisions delivered also by Justices Peter Chudi Obiorah and Adegboye Ayinla Gbolagunte.
