I once lost a gig because of my accent – Ebuka Obi-Uchendu

Ebuka Obi Uchendu has taken to his Twitter page to speak on how the Nigerian accent is most times discriminated against.

According to the BBNaija host, he revealed that he once lost a gig due to his accent being too Nigerian.

Taking to Twitter, Ebuka wrote;

“I once lost a presenter gig because my accent is too Nigerian, but it never stopped me from being true to myself and fully embracing my individuality. Don’t ever feel pressure to conform, you can actually break the norm because truly all our dreams are valid.”
