‘He won’t make advances at married women in his next life’ – Man murders neighbour for making advances at his wife

The Niger state police command has nabbed a 21-year-old man identified as Umar Audu for allegedly murdering one Abubakar Mohammadu.

Mohammadu was reported of the Fulani Camp, Wawa village in New-Bussa, Borgu Local Government Area of the state and was murdered for making advances at Audu’s wife, Hassan Audu.

Reports have it that trouble started when Hassan, complained to her husband about Mohammed who is a neighbour to the couple and was asking her to have sex with him despite knowing that she is married.

Audu had gone to confront Mohammed warning him several times to leave his wife alone.

Things took a different turn when Audu attacked Mohammed with a machete, which left the latter with deep cuts on his head eventually leading to his death.

Upon interrogation, Audu stated that he has no regret killing his neighbour as he decided on his own to die like a chicken. Audu went on to say that in the victim’s next life, he will not make advances at married women adding that he is ready to face the consequences of his action.

Audu added that he is fulfilled Mohammadu will not make advances at his wife anymore and that Allah will judge him.

Audu will be charged to court soon.
