Veteran Nigerian galala singer. Daddy Showkey has come out to plead with the authority of the Economic and Financial Crime Commission(EFCC) to release singer NairaMarley who has been with them for over a week now.

According to the video which was shared by a Twitter user @Tweetataustin, Daddy Showkey was seen in the video saying people have been calling on his to interfere in the issue but he does not because he does not like it when a young boy insults an elder who is trying to correct him.

Daddy showkey concluded by saying maybe it’s the thing that he smokes that is disturbing him – a slight sub at the singer.
