This Woman Brutally Attacked A Man With A Stiletto And Only Received A $250 Fine

Let’s face it ladies, we’ve ALL experienced a time when we’d love nothing more than to take something sharp and drive it right into our partner’s chest… because we love them so much, obviously. We love them, but sometimes they can annoy the CRAP out of us, and at the end of the day, a little stabbing never hurt anybody, right?

WELL, the man and woman involved in this story may beg to differ. It has been reported that a woman in Brisbane has now been fined a mere $250 for… get this… stabbing a man with the heel of her own stiletto, during a particularly drunken night out.

Yep, that’s right, a stiletto.

Absolutely no conviction has been recorded, however, for perpetrator Jazzmin Fry, who has admitted that the whole thing was just one big mistake. Hey, we’ve all been there before, right!?

“It was a drunken act. It was my 21st birthday and it’s not me. I don’t know why I did that and I wasn’t in the right mind frame,” she told Channel 9.

You weren’t in the right frame of mind? Yeah, that’s because you were completely BLITZED love.

On the other side of things, however, her victim, whose name is Kyle Jones, has said that the attack was completely unprovoked and he had absolutely NO idea why he was even targeted in the first place, telling the exact same network;

“[She] comes to the middle of China Town with her heels in her hand and stabs me in the crown of my head.”

Kyle even had to be taken straight to the hospital where doctors had to actually STAPLE his skull back together after the pointy end of 21-year-old Jazzmin’s shoe managed to do some serious damage.

Fry reportedly came right on up to the 19-year-old out of nowhere and yelled: “Want my fucking heel through your eyeball, c**t?”

He was then whacked in the head by the newly 21-year-old, which very nearly knocked him completely unconscious. Luckily, someone then grabbed his phone and called his poor mom, whose name is Susan Johns, who described the shock she felt when hearing that her son had been suddenly attacked.

“This voice I didn’t know said, ‘Are you Kyle’s mum?’, and I said, ‘Yes’, and he said, ‘We’ve been assaulted – Kyle is laying on the ground in a pool of his own blood.

“I arrive panicked to the ER and the ambulance hadn’t arrived. I’m then told ‘he has been stabbed in the head’, now I imagine the worst and spiral – the emotions I experienced in 30 seconds cannot be expressed.

“Worst case scenario, he could have lost an eye, suffered an internal bleed or worse – death from head injuries.”

Mr Johns, of course, is understandably FUMING over the sentence (well, you freakin’ would be wouldn’t you?), saying that it just doesn’t stack up to the physical injuries he was inflicted with on that fateful February night.

“[I’m]devastated to be honest. If the roles were reversed would I be getting the same, pretty much a slap on the wrist?” he said

Which, to be fair to the guy, is completely true. There’s no way he’d get away with just receiving a $250 fine.

Alas, the story doesn’t end there. While Jazzmin has seemingly escaped the situation without a conviction or indeed, any jail time whatsoever, she has reportedly now been sacked by her employer – the real estate company Ray White. So I guess that’s something.

On the company’s own website, it describes the young woman as priding herself ‘on her ability to build strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, believing prompt and reliable communication is the key’.

…which is seems kinda ironic now right.

I suppose this goes to show that drink really can be the devil… no matter how much fun we think we have on it! There’s always some sort of demon lying at the bottom of that bottle folks! Lord knows I’ve met him a few times. Not to mention the fact that this story totally proves that there is still very much a double standard amongst men AND women, which is probably something to be addressed sooner rather and later!

What do you think though folks, do you think the $250 was just, and all that was needed to “punish” such a violent, damaging attack, or do you think it’s incredibly unfair that this drunk 21-year-old woman got off so easily?  Do you think the attack truly was unprovoked? Let me know in the comments! And don’t forget to share this with your friends and family too, so that they can join in on the heated debate! AAx
