[Photos]: Cristiano Ronaldo receives award for best player in Italy

Ace footballer Cristiano Ronaldo has been presented with the award for best player in Serie A last night. This was done before Juventus kick-started their celebrations after being presented with the Serie A trophy which marked the 8th time they will be recognised as champions of Italian football.

The Portuguese footballer finished his debut season in Italian football with 21 Serie A goals and eight assists which helped him earn the award, making him the first player to pick up the same award in England, Spain, and Italy.

Gianluigi Buffon and Aaron Ramsey were invited by the club for their last home game.

Georgina Rodríguez, Cristiano Ronaldo’s girlfriend and his mother Maria Dolores dos Santos Aveiro attended the big event to watch him receive his award as well as celebrate his first league trophy with Juventus.
