The Osun State Governorship Election Petition Appeal Tribunal will today deliver judgment in the appeal brought before it by the Osun State Governor, Adegboyega Oyetola, his party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) challenging the decision of the state Election Petition Tribunal which held that Senator Ademola Adeleke was the validly elected governor of the state in the governorship election held in the state on September 22 and 27, 2018.
