It is better to be a prisoner than to be a Nigerian civil servant – Omokri
A former presidential aide Reno Omokri says that it is better to be a prisoner than to be a civil servant under this dispensation in Nigeria.
According to Omokri, prisoners have roof over their heads, daily meals, and clothes to wear — All for free.
This Omokri says cannot be compared to 38 months of unpaid salaries happening to Kogi state civil servant, he said in a tweet on Thursday.
He wrote:
Better to be a prisoner than be a civil servant in today’s Nigeria. At least as a prisoner, you get to eat daily. You have a roof over your head. You also have clothes to wear. All free of charge. Compare that to not being paid for 38 months as a Kogi civil servant.
