I have no apology over “godfatherism” statement – El-Rufai
Nigerians have taken to Twitter to react to a recent interview granted by Governor of Kaduna state.
The Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, says he has no apology over his statement on how to defeat godfatherism in Lagos State.
According to the governor, criticisms emanating from his comments do not bother him, as he free to air his opinion in a judiciary.
He said: “I have no apology. I don’t apologise for my views. I don’t need to explain anything to anyone. This is a democracy. There must be room for people to express their views.”

When I look at leaders like el-Rufai who believe public office should be used to oppress critics, all I can do is laugh. They have forgotten how they suffered when they were out of office after OBJ.
Nothing last forever. Not public office or even life itself. #FreeStevenKefas

Never have i been a fan of El Rufai. But in a battle between him and the Lagos Drug baron. I will tilt towards Murus.
