Breaking!!! Governor Masari approves death sentence for kidnappers

Governor Aminu Bello Masari of Katsina state has just announced that kidnapped and bandits in the state will get the ultimate sentence.

The governor made this known shortly after signing two laws – the penal code and procedure laws in the state.
