Why the conviction of CJN Onnoghen by the CCT is not surprising – Fani Kayode

A former minister for aviation and a Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) chieftain, Femi Fani Kayode(FFK), has reacted to the now-viral news that former Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen, has been convicted and banned from occupying public offices for a period of ten years.

FFK who spoke through his Twitter handle shared that the conviction of Justice Walter Onnoghen is a plan and an unfolding script with a hidden agenda. He, however, advised Nigerians to brace up for more.

His tweet:

The convction of CJN Onnoghen by the CCT is not surprising. It is part of a wider plan, an unfolding script and a hidden agenda. Nigerians should brace themselves for more. They say a people get the type of govt. that they deserve. I weep not for Onnoghen, I weep for Nigeria.
