What Nigeria Must Do To Get Out Of Poverty – Ben Bruce

The senator representing Bayelsa east constituency in the national assembly, Ben Murray Bruce, has come out to explain why Nigeria is poor.

According to the self acclaimed ”common sense” senator who spoke via his Twitter handle, Nigeria is poor because our population is growing in geometric progression to our economic policies.

He however suggested that the only way to get out of this disaster is by introducing a population control policies sob that the population growth can be checked while we hasten our economic growth as a nation.

His tweet:

We are poor, majorly because our population is growing faster than our economy. We must introduce population control policies so we can slow population growth and hasten economic growth. If we do not do that and do it soon, I shudder to think of what will happen to Nigeria.
