Man who joined protest against banditry on Monday, shot dead by bandits

Senator Shehu Sani has shared the sad tale of a man, who was shot and killed by bandits, just 2 days after engaging in a protest against them.

The federal lawmaker identified the deceased as Abdulhamid Aliyu from Birnin Gwari,Kaduna state, who was shot on Wednesday after joining a protest against banditry in the state on Monday.

According to the lawmaker, Aliyu died today from the gun shot wounds sustained from the gun shot.
