Ex-Girlfriend Crashes Wedding In Bridal Dress And Begs Groom To Take Her Back

Things got very awkward at this wedding in China

Although your wedding day is supposed to be the happiest day of your life, I don’t think anyone would deny that it’s also incredibly stressful. Although you’re looking forward to the huge afterparty, and spending the rest of your life with your loved one, mostly you just want the actual ceremony to pass without incident.

Well, that certainly wasn’t the case at this wedding in China, where a woman has completely ruined her ex-boyfriend’s wedding by turning up in a bridal dress and pleading with him to take her back.

Usually, in the Hollywood movies, it’s the ex-boyfriend that crashes the wedding, but apparently in the real world, the women are just as likely to act crazy and spoil the big day.

In the video, the ex can be seen clinging to the groom, while dangling from his arm and crying, a bit like small children do when they can’t get their own way.

The woman apparently burst into the ceremony at the point where the bride and groom were about to share a first kiss, and made things very awkward for everyone involved.

Initially, the real bride appears to keep it together quite well, but as her would-be groom struggles to get his ex’s hands off him, the bride decides that enough is enough, and walks away back down the aisle.

According to Star Video, the groom broke up with his ex-girlfriend because their personalities were too different, as reported in the Daily Mail. I mean, I don’t know them at all, but judging from this clip I can imagine that to be the case!

The crazed ex reportedly shouting ‘it was my fault’ while she clung to the groom. She was presumably referring to their old relationship, but I’ll tell you what else is your fault, honey – this wedding being ruined!

What made the incident even more arresting was that it had a running commentary through the in-house PA system.

The master of ceremonies, who can be heard on the microphone in the background, did his best to keep things flowing throughout the interruption, saying ‘we have an unexpected situation here’, before adding ‘perhaps this is the reality of love’.

I mean, that’s pretty profound and all, but I doubt it was of any comfort to the mortified bride and groom.

There was an outpouring of sympathy for the couple on social media, which I suppose is to be expected. After all, everyone has a crazy ex, right?!

One person said: “Do not destroy other’s relationship to satisfy your own obsession,” while another commented “This is exactly why you can’t be friends with an ex.”

A third viewer wrote: “This is more than inappropriate. From the stand point of the bride, how could the wedding carry on?”

That’s the thing – we don’t actually know whether it did or not! In all of the reports of the incident so far, none of them mention whether they managed to get the wedding back on track and tie the knot as planned.

Like I said, we all have a crazy ex, but this is taking things to the extreme! AAx
