Thank you Jesus!!! Gbenga Daniel and Jimi Agbaje haven’t joined APC – Fani Kayode announces

A former aviation minister and chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Femi Fani-Kayode has said that both Jimi Agbaje, Lagos PDP governorship candidate and Gbenga Daniel, a former Ogun state governor, have not joined the All Progressives Congress, APC.

This was after the former minister had taken to his Twitter account to lament that his close friends, Musiliu Obanikoro, Daniel and now Agbaje, have abandoned the PDP and joined another ship.

First it was Musiliu Obanikoro, then Iyiola Omisore, then Gbenga Daniel and now Jimi Agbaje. All my closest friends and brothers are abandoning ship and leaving @OfficialPDPNig! Ouch!

However, this evening, the PDP chieftain said he reached out to both Agbaje and Daniel, and they have both assured him that they have not joined the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Agbaje had described the media report of him leaving APC as fake, as he was still very much a PDP member, while Daniel said though he has left PDP, he hasn’t joined APC, Fani-Kayode said.

His words: I just received a call from my brother Jimi Agbaje.He assured me that he has NOT left PDP and that the media reports were false. My brother Gbenga Daniel also reached me and assured me that though he has left PDP he has NOT joined APC. Thank you Jesus!
