R Kelly and his elder brother Bruce Kelly are currently in the same jail house but for different reasons.

R Kelly is currently behind bars for failing to pay child support in tune of $200k for the upkeep of his three kids which he had with his estranged wife Andrea Kelly.

He appeared in court on Wednesday and was placed in custody immediately after. This will make it the second time he will be placed behind bars this year. The first was in regards to sexual abuse charges.

On the other hand, his brother Bruce Kelly is currently incarcerated in the same Chicago’s Cook County jail.

Bruce Kelly is behind bars for theft burglary, possession of a controlled substance and an outstanding arrest warrant, Sam Randall, the communications director at the Cook County Sheriff’s Office, confirmed.
