NigeriaDecides2019: INEC announces results in 22 states, declares 6 inconclusive

Sequel to Nigeria’ s 2019 Governorship election that held only in 29 states of the 36 states of the federation , the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) have announced results for 22 states and declared 6 other states inconclusive.

Coalition began on Sunday 10th March, 2019 for the gubernatorial elections which held on 9th March, 2019, a day before.

Here are the Results as declared by INEC:

Kwara, Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq (331,546)

Kebbi, Atiku Bagudu (673,717)

Jigawa, Muhammad Abubakar Badaru (810, 993)

Gombe, Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya (364, 179)

Katsina, Aminu Bello Masari (1,178,864)

Nassarawa, Abdullahi Sule (327,229)

Yobe, Mai Mala Buni (444,013)

Ogun,Dapo Abiodun (241,670)

Kaduna, Nasiru El-Rufai (1,045,427)

Zamfara, Alhaji Mukhtar Shehu (534,541)

Borno, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum (1,175,440)

PDP Oyo, Seyi Makinde (515, 621)

APC (All Progressive Party) won 13 of these states and PDP (Peoples Democratic Party) won 9. Six states(Sokoto, Plateau, Kano, Adamawa and Bauchi) have been declared inconclusive, while Rivers state has been suspended.
