Breaking news: Tribunal declares Adeleke winner of Osun election

The election tribunal for the governorship election in Osun State in 2018 has declared Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party as the winner of the governorship election.

The tribunal struck out INEC and Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress motion to dismiss the case of Adeleke.

However, the tribunal ruled that INEC’s re-run of the election was not valid, and the commission didn’t provide valid evidence to solve the discrepancies.
