Breaking!!! Meet Lagos state’s next governor

 

Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC has been the declared winner of the governorship election which held on Saturday.

Sanwo-Olu thrashed People’s Democratic Party ,PDP’s Jimi Agbaje to clinch the position as governor-elect of one of Africa’s largest commercial hub.

Sanwo-Olu polled a total of 739,445 votes against Agbaje’s 206,141 votes, who has contested the position three consecutive times and lost.

Agbaje has accepted the outcome of the election, congratulated Sanwo-Olu, soon after final he(Sanwo-Olu) was declared winner.
