According to the Benue State governorship supplementary election results from some Polling Units in 22 Local Government Areas of the state, Governor Samuel Ortom of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Sunday is leading with 7,774.votes.

After the March 9 election, Governor Ortom was leading his closest challenger, the All Progressives Congress candidate with over 80,000 votes.
