Yes, the English language is unnecessarily confusing at times, whether it’s too, to or two or knowing when it’s affect or effect, it can get pretty intense. However, it is incredibly important to work on your grammar kids because otherwise, you could end up in some awkward situations.

Although, it’s not just the youth of today that disregard grammar with their “text talk”. It’s also trained professionals that keep messing up. You seriously won’t believe some of these serious grammar fails…

1.) Aren’t we all?

I hope that we are all unable to eat diarrhoea. I would be pretty concerned if someone was just chill about eating diarrhoea. I’m not sure not being able to eat that is a reason to visit the doctors though, sounds pretty normal to me.

2.) Refreshingly honest

Don’t you just sometimes feel so “ugh” about your boots? Well, this shop completely understands that and actually feels the same way! I appreciate their honesty.

3.) The zombies are finally here

Dead slow children and animals sound like they might have been transformed into zombies. I would avoid going down that road if I were you…

4.) I can’t even imagine…

This just doesn’t really make any sense. How am I supposed to imagine something that’s MORE than I can imagine? There’s only so much imagining one person can do! Although, more snacks than I can imagine DOES sound pretty amazing.

5.) New sport: Hunting pedestrians

This sport requires quite the talent. Pedestrians are usually unaware that they are being hunted but if you catch them by surprise, then you’re onto a winner!

6.) Very true

Now, this is a powerful message. I really do remember everyone who has served me a hot breakfast. They are heroes and will never be forgotten. They have started so many people’s days off right.

7.) Before what?

Before ded? What’s that? Sounds a little ominous if you ask me…maybe they should check their spelling of IMPORTANT instructions on medication before printing it, that might be a good idea.

8.) At least they owned up to it

“We sure feel silly”. I love this! At least they were honest about it. If I’m honest, I thought that they were trying to make “newss” cool and be more down with the kids. They probably could have gotten away with it…

9.) I would pay to see that!

I really do want to see a violator get towed, that sounds like it would be pretty amusing. Towed THEN fined. They really don’t treat them lightly!

10.) Pay for bad grammar!

I wonder if anyone ever actually bought these? I would love one Brid bucket, please! At least they reduced the price but STILL, it’s cheeky to ask people to pay for it.

11.) What happens if I press no?

I mean, the temptation to click no is INTENSE but I’m slightly scared, will my computer somehow kill me? Hopefully, this is just a spelling mistake of exit…

12.) Rich has an attitude

I wonder what a Scuba Diva is? Sounds like Rich Howard is incredibly sassy, the fish are probably pretty tired of his attitude, I know I am.

13.) No trash, just garbage

This is a classy area. We don’t deal with trash here, NO only garbage because that’s a COMPLETELY different thing.

14.) We are concerned

I think I can speak for everyone when I say that we are all very worried about the door and why it’s alarmed. We want the door to feel safe and anything that startled it should be confronted.

15.) That’s specific

If you are a disabled, elderly, pregnant child then THIS is the toilet for you! Talk about the target market, this is the most specific one I’ve EVER seen.

16.) A huge bowel DOESN’T sound heavenly to me…

Cookies and cream ice cream sound amazing to me but I don’t want a huge BOWEL of it, that just sounds gross.

17.) A well-known classic gets dirty

Well, that took a turn for the worse. I just wanted a nice dinner and suddenly it looks like I’m getting more than I bargained for OR wanted.

18.) It might be too easy for kids but newsreaders need to go back

Yes, school may be too easy for kids. However, it looks like ADULT newsreaders need to go back to school and work on their grammar.

19.) I didn’t know Hitler played baseball

I really hope this guy’s name isn’t actually Hitler because that’s really unfortunate. Congrats on getting a home run though…

20.) Shh, don’t disturb them!

Jeez, have some respect guys. The people are eating CHILDREN here! Let them have some privacy as it’s completely normal…be polite and make sure your dog doesn’t bother them.
