20 Infuriating Restaurants That Will Drive You Crazy

You know when you eat out somewhere and the restaurant or café does something so annoying that you are left speechless? Well, that’s the effect these photos will have on you! The sub-Reddit r/mildlyinfuriating is full of INFURIATING photos that will make you never want to eat out again…

These restaurants really aren’t helping themselves with these infuriating designs, food and even receipts. These would put off even their most starving customers from eating there!

1.) A cheeky way to give away less ice cream

Does this café just think that its customers are stupid? I think they are going to notice that their ice cream cup has a smaller one hidden inside so that they get less ice cream for their money. This would definitely infuriate me, don’t try and give me less ice cream!

2.) “Free” coffee

This restaurant CLAIMS that you get a free coffee if you order the cake of the day. Although if you don’t want to coffee with it, its less money. Soooo the coffee isn’t free then? Don’t lie to your customers!

3.) ThIs ReStUaRaNtS fOnT iS sO aNnOyInG

Literally, it will take every customer SO much longer to order just because their menu font is so hard to read! Why make it HARD for a customer to order food at your restaurant? It baffles me.

4.) NEVER lie about an all-day breakfast

This restaurant seems to think that “all-day” ends at 2 pm. If I came in after 2 pm and ordered the ALL-DAY breakfast and they said it has ended…I think that I would scream.

5.) BBQ sauce in a shaker

This one annoys me more than ANYTHING. Just WHY did this restaurant think that this was a good idea?! How could they ruin BBQ sauce this way by not allowing ANYONE to be able to use it?

6.) This restaurant’s salad is leaves in a glass

This just looks SO unappetizing. Imagine ordering a side salad and this is what you get. You would actually have to PAY for those leaves in a glass.

7.) Deconstructed spaghetti, anyone?

Have you ever wanted to mix your spaghetti dish yourself at a restaurant, just to make sure it’s how you want it? No? Thought so. This is just bizarre and looks gross. Also, imagine the mess this would make! It’s like they are TRYING to annoy their customers.

8.) This restaurant INFLATES the tips

This restaurant thinks that their customers are stupid and attempts to inflate the customers suggested tip amounts. If anyone was going to tip you, after they realized this, they definitely won’t!

9.) That’s not how it works…

For some reason unknown, this restaurant thinks that it’s a wise idea to put salt and pepper packs INSIDE the shaker, so customers are unable to actually use them. It’s as though they are desperate to annoy people.

10.) This restaurant doesn’t know how to use PLATES

Okay, I am starting to get REALLY concerned here. How can a restaurant not know which side up plates are supposed to be? Unless they are trying to be edgy and that makes it even MORE annoying.

11.) The most confusing opening hours

Okay, this café is DEFINITELY trying to annoy people here. I’m not sure how they expect to get any customers if they don’t even know when it’s going to be open.

12.) MY EYES

This is just a mess. I’m not sure how anyone is expected to be able to read this. My eyes are hurting just trying to decipher this menu. I am annoyed.

13.) A café toilet that is MADE to annoy

This toilet is just incredibly annoying to look at. Why not make the seat the same shape as the toilet? This shouldn’t be infuriating but it really is.

14.) I don’t trust this “lasagna”

This REALLY doesn’t look like what lasagna is supposed to look like…I’m not sure where the “beef” is either. I really wouldn’t eat that if I were you.

15.) You have to WORK for the Wi-Fi

This is just incredibly annoying. Why not just give your CUSTOMERS the Wi-Fi password? This is just unfair.

16.) This no-bake cookie looks horrifying

I would be incredibly annoyed if this was what I got given when I ordered a no-bake cookie. This looks like a number two…

17.) Café seating doesn’t like people sitting opposite one another

For some reason, this café doesn’t like people to sit opposite. You have to ALL sit in a row and sit in silence. This is just annoying.

18.) Boiling hot coffee but no handle

This café just downright HATES its customers and wants them all to burn themselves. I have no idea what they have against handles here but okay…

19.) The restaurant has cracked it! How to make bacon seem unappealing…

This restaurant has achieved the impossible. It has managed to make bacon seem gross by serving it in the grossest way ever. Don’t EVER mess with bacon like this. I really am mad now…

20.) This restaurant puts croissants in a sandwich press

I feel PAIN for these poor squished croissants. They look SO unappealing and gross. I’d rather my croissants not squished next time, thanks.
