12 Adorable Before And After Japanese Dog Grooming Pics

Photographer Grace Chon has an ongoing project called ‘Hairy’ where she documents adorable pooches before and after dog grooming. It’s basically the most wholesome thing you will see all day.

These dogs are beautiful even before grooming but they do look VERY stylish after. The transformations are incredible and these good boys and girls definitely deserve all of the love in the world!

He was such a messy doggo before, he couldn’t even see out of his eyes because his hair was covering it! Now he is such a stylish boy and has the coolest hairstyle ever. I don’t know about you but I really do want to touch it, I wonder what it feels like…

His hair was definitely getting very out of hand before this amazing doggy groomer got her hands on him! I’m loving the wave combover, this pooch now looks like he is straight out of an 80’s disco.

This dog looks so adorably precious in the second picture! It looks like a fluffy cloud of marshmallows and I bet it feels amazing to stroke it. He looks like he needs someone to help him through life and I’m happy to do that!

From looking like she just rolled out of bed to looking like a sophisticated sassy lady. This pooch really has benefitted from a little bit of doggy grooming!

This dog looked a little worn now and now he looks bright and alive! It probably helps that he can now see out of his eyes too.

This dog looks like he wouldn’t look out of place gliding on the waves on a surfboard. Before he looked like he enjoyed rolling around in mud and now he looks like he just likes to ride the waves.

7.) She used to be raggedy…

She kind of looked like a bit of a mess and as if she hadn’t brushed her hair in weeks. Now she looks more stylish than ever and will be turning ALL the heads.

He looked so sad that he can’t see out of his eyes properly. Now he looks so much happier with his new style! Also, look how perfect his legs look, it looks like he is floating…

She looked kind of bored with her old look and wanted a change. She now looks like a cuddly bear and is no longer a dog. Embrace it!

This doggo has the exact same expression before and after its makeover. However, it definitely looks much more stylish in the after picture!

This dog looks YEARS younger after it’s makeover. It looks pretty raggedy before and now it looks like a Queen. I love her ears and adorable little fox tail!

12.) Monday vs. Friday

This doggo looks like the first picture was taken on a Monday and the second on Friday at 5pm. She looks like a model now and a completely different dog!
